First and foremost make sure you booked, you will know you booked your tour because you will get a confirmation email. The confirmation email is very important because it tells you everything important that your group needs to know so please take a screenshot and put it in the groupchat with everyone coming. This way you do not have to say the same thing over and over and no one can say you did not tell me this or that. They can also check back against it instead of asking you.
Your driver will call you a few days before your tour to walk you through the day of your tour, to find out what bars you want to visit and to see if you need to add guests. Please read the blog entry all about your route options so you can tell them the bars you want to visit. We want to make sure all 4 bikes are not at the same bar at the same time which is why we want to know ahead of time so we can make the appropriate plans on our end.
Your tour begins at the corner of Marshall Street and Monroe at Marshall Street Bar and Grill. Please park at 40 Marshall Street which is a FREE municipal lot that is only around 8 houses down from the bar where your tour will begin and end. On the weekend you can even leave your care overnight for FREE. With all the businesses in the area it is hard to find parking on the street in the evening and on weekends so just going straight to the parking lot saves you alot of time and stress. Bonus is that coming off the 490 there is a quick exit to take you right to the parking lot and you can avoid Monroe Ave and tight Marshall Street. Then walk the 100 steps to the front of Marshall Street Bar and Grill.
With the alcohol and cooler we recommend that whoever is bringing the cooler picks up the alcohol for everyone and then you pay them back since you are limited to two 12oz cans per person and if you bring extra you have to put it back in your car. Remember you cannot start drinking the alcohol you brought before the tour begins, anyone caught drinking before is not allowed on the tour. We have a great partnership with our neighbors so we need our customers help.
The waiver is attached to your confirmation email, please print it out and have everyone sign it as they arrive. Your driver will look it over to make sure it is completed correctly. If you do not have a printer you can send a friend to our website and the passenger release and liability waiver is on the top of the website to click and print. It is just two pages.
